I work with teens and adults to help them make sense of their experience of pain, release the burdens that have been weighing them down and find more joy. I utilize a mixture of AEDP, IFS, and somatic therapies. In addition to anxiety and depression, I help clients with complex trauma, ADHD, dissociative disorders, parenting difficulties, emotional overwhelm, blended family dynamics and managing life with chronic conditions. I take a collaborative and strength-based approach to therapy an values engaging client's whole self in the healing process. I see my therapeutic work as a facilitator, partner and collaborator in helping clients to build up healthy and sustainable lives. I am convinced that our therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst for deep and meaningful change.
