Andy Luiten, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

The Mansio Center, Inc.

Life can be so confusing sometimes. We often don’t understand why we hurt, or why we find ourselves in situations that make us hurt. Not understanding what is going on inside of ourselves can be its own kind of pain, making us feel hopeless that things could never get better. Or maybe we know exactly why we’re hurting but we haven’t been able to find a way out. We can feel stuck, knowing that we want to change and move forward, but not sure how to get there. I would love to walk alongside you on the journey of becoming unstuck and finding fulfillment in life.

Clinical Approach

I am a neurodivergent ♾️ therapist who is passionate about helping people move from pain, tension, and chaos into integration, wholeness, and freedom. I work with older teens and adults to help them make sense of their experiences of pain, release the burdens that have been weighing them down, and find more joy.

My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, emotional/anger regulation, ADHD, autism, grief and stressor-related concerns, complex trauma, identity development, boundaries, spirituality and couple’s therapy. I am particularly passionate about working within the Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) models.
