As we navigate life, we often let go of parts of ourselves to survive and fit in. These early defenses and survival techniques can hinder our wholeness as adults, leading to feelings of being "stuck." I believe that we are naturally wired for healing, and in a safe environment, this healing capacity is activated as we listen to, feel, and process our core emotions. Emotions carry our stories, and when not properly processed, they can lodge themselves in our bodies and manifest in various unhealthy ways.

I use an experiential, trauma-informed, holistic approach that acknowledges the importance of the mind-body connection in well-being. My practice draws from various principles, including AEDP , Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Narrative Therapy. My goal is to help you acquaint yourself with your emotions without being overwhelmed by them. I hope you feel safe, seen, known, and worthy.
